Do you ship to PO Boxes or Other Independent US States?

We have experienced most of the PO box deliveries end up lying some where, so we do not allow shipping to PO Boxes.
We cover 48 contiguous states in the United States but not Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
