Custom garments created through our Custom Lab are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. However, in the event of a defect, a replacement product will be provided. As these items are tailored specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Return Instructions
Custom jackets created through our CUSTOM LAB are not eligible for returns. Plain stock jackets can be returned with a pre-authorized number and may incur a 20% restocking fee, but must be done within 30 days of delivery.
Claims for damaged or defective jackets must also be reported within 30 days of receipt. Contact our Customer Support Team if a decorated jacket was personalized incorrectly within 10 days of receipt for adjustments or corrective action. Worn or altered jackets are not acceptable for returns, so please inspect upon receipt. If eligible for a return or exchange, send a request to [email protected] for a return authorization number.
